The two day program to be held on 24 and 25 June at the Kingsbury, will focus on areas such as aligning human resources with strategic business growth, articulating and implementing compelling employee value propositions (EVP), identifying and developing employee potential, building a highly engaged workforce using EE 2.0 framework, building a high performance organisation, and business transformation through leadership transformation.
Speaking on the event, Hassen explained, “Employee engagement represents the relationship between an organisation and its employees. This is not just a rational connect, but is also an emotional bond that binds employees to organisations. The workshop, targeting CEOs, COOs, Directors, GMSs, HRDs and HR Managers will focus on company best practices for producing business savvy employees, discuss pioneering solutions of people centric businesses and case studies of human resources making business impact by delivering knowledge that will drive high performance business cultures and accelerate growth.”
