CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, has organised a highly engaging forum to explore what business leaders and senior management need to do differently to achieve and maximise organisational success. Rajeev Peshawaria, well known international speaker and author, will introduce values-based methodologies that promise to galvanise executives, whilst remaining grounded in bottom-line realities and objectives in this forum. His findings are centred on a two-year study which culminated in his bestselling book ‘Too Many Bosses, Too Few Leaders’.
Rajeev has been widely featured in international media platforms such as Bloomberg TV and radio, National Public Radio (NPR) and Harvard Business Review to name a few. He is currently CEO of Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, a non-profit organisation created and funded by the Central Bank of Malaysia and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Author of ‘Too Many Bosses, Too Few Leaders’ (Simon & Schuster, 2011) and a regular writer for Forbes, Rajeev has extensive global experience in leadership development and coaching senior management teams in their efforts to streamline business strategy, organisational architecture and culture.
Rajeev has been the Global Chief Learning Officer of Morgan Stanley and the Coca Cola Company, and has held senior positions at American Express, HSBC and Goldman Sachs for over 22 years prior to joining Iclif.
