The 36th National Conference of Chartered Accountants will be inaugurated under the patronage of Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Y. K. Sinha today, 4 November, at the BMICH.
Prof. Rajendra Srivastava, LKCSB Chair in Marketing Strategy and International Business at Singapore Management University and Dean – Designate of the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad & Mohali), will deliver the keynote speech at the inauguration.
Dubbed as one of the country’s most sought after corporate events, this year’s national conference will attract an unprecedented 1,500 plus participants, including high profile business leaders and will revolve around the inspiring theme ‘Collaborate to Compete’.
In the backdrop of traditional business models proving to be increasingly ineffective, the conference will focus on how some companies are enjoying a definite edge over the rest by adapting unique and superior business models by collaborating with both complementary and competing entities to bridge gaps and reap benefits.
The conference inauguration will be followed by two days of technical sessions, on 05th and 06th November 2015 featuring local and foreign experts who will educate participants on opening up their organisations to a world of opportunities by building collaborative business models that integrates the resources, knowledge and ideas across companies to produce greater synergic results.
