The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) recognised BPOConnect for its excellent standards of staff training and accountancy resources.
The Australian owned and operated accounting services firm received the highly regarded accreditation as a strategic level training partnering a recent ceremony.
“This award is a recognition of the quality of BPOConnect‘s training and development support for our employees,” said BPOConnect’s Managing Director Arjuna Samarakoon. “And it is a great endorsement for us,” he added.

New accounting staff must complete a rigorous eight-week training program that covers taxation and compliance from an Australian as well as US perspective, and how it relates to Sri Lankan accountants.
The company also requires accounting staff to complete weekly training sessions to ensure up-to-date knowledge. CA Sri Lanka Presendent Arjuna Herath said that training partners of CA Sri Lanka will play an important role in producing qualified and competent chartered accountants.
Samarakoon has previously said that by honing the talents of his staff, he believes BPOConnect does its part to help Sri Lanka achieve its economic potential.
