Ajantha’s new book on HRM presented to UGC Chairman

Dr. Ajantha Dharmasiri, Director of the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), recently launched his sixth book, titled ‘HRM for Managers: A Learning Guide’. It is essentially intended to enhance the knowledge of HRM among the functional managers who need to play a key people role.

Having co-edited a volume of research articles titled, ‘HR Challenge’ with late Prof. Sudaththa Ranasinghe, Dr. Ajantha Dharmasiri has written two books on HRM, namely, ‘Humane Results’ and ‘People Engineering’.

‘HRM for Managers: A Learning Guide’ is an extension of his endeavour of exploring and exchanging knowledge. It revolves around the seven G framework of managing people developed and published by him.
