With many small and medium size-businesses now digitalising their business processes due to the efficiencies new technologies offer, the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with MiHCM will host a webinar on ‘How MiHCM Lite Can Add Value to Small and Medium Size Businesses’ on 5 May.
The Webinar which will be conducted in Sinhala will introduce MiHCM’s revamped MiHCM Lite platform, which offers small businesses a simplified digital experience which will allow greater efficiencies and enhanced resource utilisation in the era of the hybrid workforce.
MiHCM Lite’s end-to-end HR solution allows businesses to store employee records, submit leave and claim applications, retrieve pay slips, etc. Other features include a Timesheet and Time Tracking feature for remote employees to record their work and hours spent, translating into productivity analytics, while customers can also subscribe to additional modules such as talent management, which includes performance management, recruitment, curated training, etc. Hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud, the platform requires no added investments in storage and security, and takes less than two days to deploy.
“MiHCM Lite is transforming the way Small Businesses measure workforce productivity, keeping employees engaged with work and optimising human resources management, HR processes and workforce data. Moreover, Small Businesses can systematise and manage their HR in compliance with local statutory requirements. In the current era of technological disruption, businesses need to embrace digital systems to stay resilient. We are confident that our platform will lead to better employee experiences and cost benefits. Furthermore, it does not take long to deploy MiHCM Lite which allows clients to experience a fast implementation”, MiHCM Lite for Small Businesses Assistant Manager Hiranya Jayaweera, who will present the webinar said.
Implementation will be free of charge for the first 100 businesses to register for the webinar.
The Webinar will be conducted from 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. on 5 May via MS Teams. Participation is free and registration is now open at https://event.chamber.lk/Details/Event/179
