VIDVAAN is an effort of three professionals with diverse industry and functional exposure, who enriched their general business management skills through the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. VIDVAAN looks at creating a cohesive approach to the organisational management process through training, development, productivity and process improvement and business advisory programs, leading towards a significant impact on the outputs of next generation leaders.

VIDVAAN launched their new website www.vidvaanconsultants.com recently and started activities at their office at 715/1C, Gonawala, Kelaniya.

With a vision “To be the visible enlightener of organisational management in the next generation,” VIDVAAN works on impactful execution of basic principles in organisational management via influential and continuous training and development programs. They offer value added and cost-effective services and seek opportunities to work for their communities while creating sustainable paths for the growth of their alliance partners.

VIDVAAN’s co-partners Linton Fernando, Champal De Costa and Ajith Perera work together with a team of professional experts in the relevant fields to ensure the best Return on Investment (ROI) in developing the Human Resources for any organisation.

Linton Fernando has over 35 years of experience at all levels of different organisations, in disciplines such as manufacturing, industrial engineering, business development, general management, ISO, Lean, TQM, EMS and training and development with relevant academic and professional qualifications.

Champal de Costa has more than 30 years of collective experience in engineering and banking institutions in Sri Lanka. He is a competent facilitator who developed his technical, human and conceptual skills while functioning at lower, middle and upper managerial levels in the Government and private sectors.

Ajith Perera has over 20 years of hands on experience in multiple disciplines such as accounting, administration, finance, logistics, legal actions, sales, marketing and business strategy in three diverse industries, namely automobile, pharmaceutical and FMCG in three prestigious organisations in Sri Lanka. He is backed by academic and professional qualifications and has successfully embarked on his own business venture.

VIDVAAN would introduce knowledge to those who lack it in related disciplines and provide guidance and motivation to those who have the knowledge for proper action and share and strengthen the actions through hard and soft skills to deliver continuously improved results.

VIDVAAN offers a free assessment report on the needs of the organisation to increase the value of their people, product and the organisation and would work with and through people to improve performance. VIDVAAN undertakes the responsibility of evaluating and continuous monitoring of the development programs conducted by them to ensure a positive ROI in training.
