Tradefirst Ltd., a leading importer and trader of all kind of materials and machines in the signage and outdoor advertising industry in Sri Lanka, recently conducted a two-day motivation campaign titled ‘TF Adventure Camp 2021’ at the CHE Adventure Park in Hanwella to enhance the leadership skills and teamwork abilities of its staff.
Tradefirst created this wonderful opportunity for its co-workers to have person-to-person interactions in a totally different outdoor atmosphere to have fun and create lasting memories while at the same time working toward a common goal, after being holed up inside for months, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in the early 2020.
The purpose of this training program was to motivate the team members and bring out the best of their potential to enhance their teamwork capabilities, communication skills, level of confidence, time management, creativity and morale which will improve the overall efficiency and productivity of individuals and the organisation.
The outbound training program was facilitated by well experienced professionals and the training process was executed through an array of exciting games and adventure activities such as archery, target shooting, cable balancing, zip line, water rafting and paint ball game whilst everyone enjoyed delicious BBQ with a well-organised DJ night.
