A total of 27 participants were trained; 20 for the basic-entry level Yellow belt and 7 for the advanced Green belt who also successfully completed individual projects.
Lean Six Sigma is a globally practiced methodology in both manufacturing and service sectors to bring down operational cost and lead time while improving product quality and customer satisfaction. The certification comes in various skill levels namely Yellow belt, Green belt and Black belt. Companies are seen opting for these programs at a growing pace than ever before.
