PIM’s dual-ceremony on completion and commencement of EDPs for Lanka Hospitals

The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), the nation’s management mentor, strengthened its longstanding relationship with Lanka Hospitals PLC, by coupling an Award Ceremony for a previous batch of managerial personnel, and an Inauguration Ceremony for a fresh batch of managerial personnel of the hospital. 

These one-year Executive Development Programs (EDPs) especially designed by PIM will help managers build the skills, and gain the knowledge they need to boost performance today, and sustain it into the future. 

PIM Director Prof. Ajantha S. Dharmasiri, delivering the welcome address at this dual-ceremony, reminisced the continued relationship PIM has had with Lanka Hospitals, in the recent past in the conduct of a number of such executive development programs. 

Lanka Hospitals Group CEO Dr. Prasad Medawatte remarked that they have embarked on the new series of EDPs with PIM based on the positive impact the company had from the previous programs, and congratulated those who have successfully completed the journey.
