Inner Growth Lab, iThrive launch
Imagine waking up refreshed on a Monday morning after a great weekend, excited to take on your tasks for the day at work. You have a plan to tackle that big project you’ve been putting off and you feel a sense of purpose wash over you.
This is not the case for most individuals who are employed today. The stress at work tends to overpower everything they are passionate about, which sometimes seep into their personal lives, meaning they’re constantly uneasy. As the world of work progresses, it is important to strike a balance between work and personal life, but it is difficult to shine if you’re neglecting yourself.
