HNB Grameen Finance Ltd. has been once again recognised as one of the 25 Great Places to Work in Sri Lanka by the Great Place to Work Institute Sri Lanka.
Continuing the momentum gained last year, the company clinched the Silver Award in the ‘Extra Large Sized Enterprise’ category at this year’s ceremony held at the Hilton Colombo. HNB Grameen Finance was the only financial institution listed as a Great Place to Work in 2018. HNB Grameen’s employee base is characterised by its exceptional team spirit, trust and pride in their place of work. The unified effort of the company’s employees was the principal factor behind the achievement.
In 2017, HNB Grameen was awarded ‘A Great Place to Work’ ranking for the first time since its inception, winning the Bronze Award. The company also received the prestigious ‘Special Award for Pride and Advocacy’ among its workforce in 2017.
