HNB Grameen Finance Ltd. has been once again recognised as one of the 25 Great Places to Work in Sri Lanka by the Great Place to Work Institute Sri Lanka.

Continuing the momentum gained last year, the company clinched the Silver Award in the ‘Extra Large Sized Enterprise’ category at this year’s ceremony held at the Hilton Colombo. Receiving this accolade once again in 2018 proves our unwavering commitment to creating a progressive and affable place of work for all our employees. The steadfast support that we receive from the two power houses Hatton National Bank and Prime Lands Group adds value to our efforts to create value for our employees.”

Great Place to Work Certification involves a process of gathering insights from individual employees done independently by the team at Great Place to Work, including a Trust Index® Employee Survey and Culture Audit®, among others.
