The first plenary session of the ‘Future of Business’ innovation strategy and learning event, organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, will be on the future of the modern workplace – powered by AI, driven by people.
This session will tackle how organisations can make critical decisions with data and act on or implement these decisions using Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing primarily on embracing technology for HR and tackling some of the daily challenges using AI. The session will also explore the future of jobs from a country perspective.
The speakers for the session will be Tandem Research Founding Director Dr. Vikrom Mathur and Mercer (Singapore) Ltd. Head of Executive Compensation and Rewards Nishant Mahajan. They will be joined thereafter by Virtusa Human Resources Vice President Chandi Dharmaratne for a panel discussion which will be moderated by Microimage and MiHCM Founder and CEO Harsha Purasinghe.
This one-day event scheduled for 23 October at the Galle Face Hotel will enable participants to learn how to drive innovation at their organisations, dissect what changes are happening now, what is on the horizon and learn how their company can adapt for the future.
The event has Microsoft as its Platinum Sponsor, McKinsey and Company as its Knowledge Partner and MiHCM as its Associate Sponsor. The event is suited for C-suite officers and senior executives in technology, strategy, marketing, HR and new business development.
