BMICH, Sri Lanka’s iconic landmark recently celebrated the outstanding contributions made by its associates on a day-to-day basis in order to deliver a memorable experience to its clients as well as to the millions of visitors to the facility throughout the year. The BMICH Employee of the Year 2019 Award was won by M. Victor Pushpasiri of the Engineering Division.
Pushpasiri was selected from amongst 16 Employees of the Quarter 2019 winners corresponding to four winners per quarter in 2019. The recipients of the 25 years tenure awards were M.A.R. Munasinghe from the Engineering Division and A.K. Thilak from the House Keeping Division.
“We are delighted to recognise and honour our exemplary associates without whose contribution we would not have been able to achieve the recognition that we enjoy as a premier iconic venue of choice for so many of our clients as well as for the daily visitors,” said BMICH Chief Executive Sunil Dissanayake.
“Our associates play a key role at each touch point with our clients and visitors so as to create a positive impact. These awards are presented to the most outstanding of our associates in order to recognise, honour and motivate them to continue to deliver service at a high level,” he added.
