Will Maloneys show up at Touchwood AGM on Thursday?

With the Company’s Annual General Meeting coming up on Thursday 26 September, a question facing Touchwood is whether its Chairman R. Maloney and his wife will show up.
The 14th AGM is fixed for 9:30 a.m. at the Renuka City Hotel, Colombo 3.
When a case on winding up of Touchwood came up at Commercial High Court last week, it was told that the Maloneys have fled the country.
A customer K.A.D.L. Priyanka Nanayakkara has filed a winding up case in the Western Province High Court claiming Rs. 3.8 million due from TWOD. The case is scheduled to come up on 3 October whilst TWOD has objected to the claims of the customer.
A customer has filed for winding up of Touchwood to recover Rs. 3.6 million worth of investments. The case is to come up on 5 October 2013.
