The United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) will release its election manifesto on Tuesday in Colombo.
The launching of the manifesto of the UPFA, of which the split Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) is the main constituent, will take place on Tuesday, 28 July at 9 a.m. at Henry Pedris Ground in Colombo.
The UPFA election manifesto will reveal several relief measures a future UPFA-led government would grant the public and the measures that would be taken to develop the country among others.
Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, UPFA candidates contesting the August 17 Parliament election and representatives of civil society organisations are expected to participate in the event.
