Top German biz team in town

A high level business delegation led by Uwe Beckmayer, State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Germany, is in Sri Lanka from 13-17 May 2016, as a follow up to the visit of the Sri Lankan President to Germany during February 2016.



A business forum and B2B meeting will be held with the German business delegation today at the Auditorium of DHPL building organised by the Sri Lanka Export Development Board.

Signing of a Letter of Intent between the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs & Energy and the Ministry of Power & Renewable Energy and a MOU between the Ministry of Mega polis and Siemens will take place during the meeting. Minister of Development Strategy & International Trade Malik Samarawickrama and State Minister Sujeewa Senasinghe will grace the occasion.

Leading businessman and senior officials of the line Institutes will also participate at the event.
