SriLankan Airlines will resume normal operations throughout its global route network from tomorrow following the resumption of full services at Colombo’s Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), which had been partially closed for three months while its runway underwent resurfacing.
SriLankan expressed its gratitude to all of its stakeholders for their patience and assistance during this period, especially its valued customers, all of the airline’s staff who worked tirelessly to limit the inconvenience to passengers and its partner organisations at BIA.
The airline said that with effect from tomorrow, passengers may arrive at the airport three hours before the scheduled departure time of their flights.
