SLT appoints 4 Directors to eChanneling Board

Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel, the new controlling shareholder of eChanneling Plc, has appointed four of its nominees to the Board of the latter. 

They are SLT Chairman Kumarasinghe Sirisena, who will also serve as eChanneling Plc Chairman, two SLT Board members Kanishka Senanayake and L. Michael Paratz and Mobitel COO Nalin Perera.



Earlier this month, SLT Mobitel signed an agreement to buy controlling stake in  eChanneling held by  Senior Marketing System Asia of Singapore at Rs. 6 per share in a deal worth Rs. 733 million via the voluntary offer. SLT Mobitel will shortly make a mandatory offer to the remaining shareholders who wish to exit.
