RPC Management Services Ltd., has increased its control in Maskeliya Plantations Plc from 63.7% to 68.3% this week.
The increase follows its buying 1.247 million shares or 4.6% stake for Rs. 32 million or Rs. 25.50 per share. RPC now holds 18.42 million shares or 68.3% stake as opposed to 63.67% stake as at September 2010.
