MPs to debate ‘challenges to re-balancing the economy’ at Ceylon Chamber Summit

The final session of the Sri Lanka Economic Summit 2013 under the theme ‘Re-balancing the Economy’ will bring together for-mer and present Parliamentarians representing different parties in power to express their views on how best to address the issues brought out at the previous sessions and other important current issues and discuss the way forward.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Copyline Group and APEX Consultancy Services Ltd., Chairman Mano Tittawala. The distinguished panel consists of Deputy Speaker and Chairman of Committees Chandima Weerakkody, Deputy Minister of Technology and Research Faizer Mustapha, MPs Sujeewa Senasinghe, Dayasiri Jayasekera and M. A. Sumanthiran and Former Parlia-mentarian Wasantha Samarasinghe.
The Sri Lanka Economic Summit, the flagship event of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, will be held on 9, 10 and 11 July at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo.
The summit is the ultimate platform to gain a comprehensive understanding of the county’s economy, the investment climate and the diverse opportunities available for investors and businessmen.
