A special panel of High Court judges will today deliver the judgment on the killing of Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) strongman Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra and another three people including his security guards in 2011.
The case was filed at the High Court against 13 suspects including former United People Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parliamentarian Duminda Silva.
The judgment will be given by a special panel of High Court Judges including Shiran Gunaratne, Padmini Ranawaka and M. C. B. S. Morayas.
Premachandra and his body guards were shot on the date of the Western Provincial Council Election in October 2011, in the Angoda area.
