Investment Promotions Deputy Minister off to Japan

Investment Promotions Deputy Minister Faiszer Musthapha departs to Japan today (9) to address high-profile business and investment promotion conventions which will be held in the cities of Tokyo and Osaka.

A delegation of 25 top business people of Sri Lanka will be visiting Japan to participate in this convention, which is organised by the Sri Lanka-Japan Business Cooperation Committee. More than 150 Japanese investors representing many different fields of investment have been already registered for the convention to be held in Tokyo and many investors are expected to participate in the convention that will be held in Osaka too. In his address Deputy Minister Musthapha will discuss the facilities and encouragement provided in Sri Lanka for investment at length, in addition to Sri Lanka’s economic as the epicentre of investment in South Asia.
