Harsha denies nexus with SEC’s Epitawala

UNP MP Dr. Harsha De Silva yesterday denied assertions made at the President’s forum on capital markets, that there was a nexus between him and SEC’s Director Surveillance Chandu Epitawala.

“Yes, I know Epitawala like several others, but that doesn’t mean I have sought inside information from him. In fact I haven’t spoken to Epitawala for years. I also didn’t go to university with him,” Dr. De Silva clarified.
