The company in a statement said the average selling price on launch day surpassed $ 2,800 per square metre. The reservations disclosed were by 20 November. Astoria was ceremonially opened for sales on 21 November 2014. “The project has attracted interest from diverse sectors and fields following its inauguration event on 9 October. Enrollment of VIP members and accumulation of interest for apartment sales in Tower 2 commenced on 13 October,” the company’s statement added.
