Commercial Bank tops in Best Annual Report awards

Commercial Bank on Friday emerged as the best in annual reports, winning the coveted Overall Excellence Award, in addition to several other accolades.

It won the Cyril Gardiner Memorial Trophy Gold for Overall Excellence in Annual Financial Reporting, Silver in the Corporate Governance Disclosure category and Bronze in the Management Commentary category.  

Commercial Bank also won the Edmond J. Cooray memorial trophy for the Gold in Banking Institutions sectoral award.

Union Assurance won the Silver and HNB the Bronze.
