Windforce Rs. 3.2b IPO closes after oversubscription

Windforce Ltd. said yesterday its Initial Public Offering for 202,615,341 shares was oversubscribed at an issue price of Rs. 16 each with total value being Rs. 3.2 billion.

Accordingly, the issue was closed at 4.30 p.m. yesterday as per the prospectus.

The oversubscription and the basis of allotment will be notified to the CSE in due course, it added.
