Two new Cabinet Ministers and five new State Ministers were sworn in before President Maithripala Sirisena at the President’s official residence yesterday.
MP Bandula Gunawardena was sworn in as International Trade and Investment Promotions Minister while MP Susil Premajayantha was given the portfolio of Public Administration, Home Affairs and Justice Minister.
MP S.M. Chandrasena is State Minister of Social Empowerment, Lakshman Wasantha Perera is State Minister of International Trade and Investment Promotion, Salinda Dissanayake is State Minister of Indigenous Medicine, C. B. Ratnayake is State Minister of Transport and Anura Priyadarshana Yapa is State Minister of Finance.
