MRP for white sugar

The Government yesterday via an Extraordinary Gazette set a maximum retail price (MRP) on a kilogram of white sugar.

Packaged sugar has to be sold at Rs. 90 per kilo and unpackaged sugar at Rs. 85 per kilo and wholesale price to be at Rs. 80 per kilo.
