Harsha replaces Ranjan in COPE

SJB MP Harsha de Silva has been nominated to serve in the Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) by the Committee of Selection.

De Silva will replace Ranjan Ramanayake who ceased to be a Member of Parliament last month following his conviction by the Supreme Court.

Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena made the announcement in Parliament yesterday.
