ECCSL hosts webinar on ‘transpersonal leadership’ amidst COVID times

The European Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (ECCSL) will hold a webinar on ‘Transpersonal Leadership’ on 20 May, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. via Zoom. 

The webinar will provide first-hand information about the journey involved to become a transpersonal leader. Transpersonal leadership enables an individual to develop new behaviours and better utilise good core values, which will in return provide the climate and culture for improved performance from the people and organisation. The event is specially designed for senior managers, high potential executives, and those with leadership ambitions.

The session will be conducted by LeaderShape Global, UK Co-Founder and Chairman John Knights. He is an experienced coach, mentor and facilitator of senior executives, teams and peer groups. John is also the lead author of the acclaimed book, ‘Leading Beyond the Ego’, and many other publications. He is an expert in emotional intelligence, a thought leader in transpersonal leadership’ and the relationship between neuroscience and leadership. 

Before becoming an expert on developing leaders that are suitable for leading in the 21st century, John had a distinguished career as a senior international corporate executive and attained the position of a corporate VP of a Fortune 100 company and the main board director of one of the largest companies in the UK.
