Dialog waives off all call charges of Wednesday

Telecom giant Dialog Axiata yesterday announced that it would waive off all call charges incurred by its customers on Wednesday.

The unprecedented move follows Dialog service being disrupted on Wednesday afternoon. Dialog expressed regret for the “inconvenience caused due to the disturbance to mobile services” on Wednesday.

“As a token of gratitude, your voice call charges (local, IDD, roaming) and SMS charges incurred on 20/9 will be waived in full. You will receive this waiver as a credit on your next bill,” Dialog told customers via a SMS.
