Deal signed for largest-ever FDI of $ 24 b

The Board of Investment has signed the agreement for largest-ever Foreign Direct Investment worth $ 24 billion by Hambantota Oil Refinery Ltd. Here Minister of Finance Mangala Samaraweera and Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama extending good wishes to Sugih Energy Ltd. Director Danny Lee in the presence of BOI Chairman Mangala P.B. Yapa and R.A.D.M. Terrance Sundaram, representing Hambantota Oil Refinery Ltd.
