CEO Thilak Piyadigama has obtained an enjoining order from the Colombo District Court against his employer SANASA Development Bank PLC.
In a filing to the CSE, the bank said the order is against Piyadigama being placed on compulsory leave or being suspended from the service of the bank or being terminated from the service of the bank.
The enjoining order is valid for a period of 14 days from 17 December, the filing by the bank added.
