The Finance PLC which has been rapidly expanding its pawning business during the year, has been able to record a remarkable year on year growth of 237% in its operations.
Following two pawning centre openings in Mahiyanganaya and Nuwara Eliya on 23 May, the company unveiled three new pawning centres in June.
The Ampara Pawning Centre was declared open on 14 June at No. 120, Main Street, Ampara. The Bandarawela Pawning Centre which was opened on 18 June now operates from No. 501, Badulla Road, Bandarawela. The Nittambuwa Pawning Centre, which was opened on 22 June, now provides its services from No. 195/1, Colombo Road, Nittambuwa.
With these three centres commencing business this month, the total number of The Finance pawning centres has now risen to 39 locations across the island and the organisation shows no signs of slowing, with plans of covering many more areas in the months to come.
