Swarnamahal Finnancial Services goes for 1 to 20 sub division

Swarnamahal Financial Services (SFS) has announced a mega 1 to 20 Sub Division of its shares (Subject to Approval).

Consequently, the number of shares would be increased from 25 million to 500 million shares without altering the stated capital.

The Company’s share price on Tuesday closed at Rs. 165.60, up by 80 cents.

SFS is among the first newly listed companies to announce a share sub division in recent times.
