Seylan Siri Nivasa offers housing loans in 4 days

Seylan Bank is assuring housing loans within four days in select areas.

The Bank said that offer via its Seylan Siri Nivasa scheme will be a boon to those who aspire to own their dream home.

Seylan ‘Siri Nivasa’ housing loans could be obtained from Rs.100,000 upwards at a very competitive interest rate of Rs.12.5% p.a. The repayment period is extended up to 25 years. A ‘Siri Nivasa’ loan could be also obtained jointly with your spouse, parents or with children above 18 years.

‘Siri Nivasa’ loans could be obtained to purchase a house, buy a land, build a house, add an extension to the existing house , renovations, home improvements such as interior décor, landscaping etc or even to buy your own apartment. Seylan Bank offers this loan facility through its 131 strong branch network island wide.

Seylan Bank also launched their express housing loan scheme “Seylan Siri Nivasa” which offers loans in just four working days at an attractive rate of interest. The housing loan centre situated at No. 2 Deal Place A, R.A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 03, is also geared to obtain the local authority documents such as street line certificates, building limit certificates and non vesting and ownership certificates.

 In addition the centre will also prepare your title reports and transfer deeds, obtain extracts from the relevant land registries and take care of the requisite insurance there by providing a comprehensive service under one roof. This facility is currently available in selected areas in Colombo, Gampaha, and Kalutara Districts.
