People’s Leasing Company (PLC) recently hosted the ‘Premier Awards 2012,’ a glamorous evening held for their staff at Blue Waters, Wadduwa for the 13th consecutive year. Over 400 members representing the teams attended the event, primarily the branch staff members and the corporate management teams led by Mr. D.P. Kumarage, CEO/GM.
This annual award ceremony recognised and rewarded outstanding individuals and branch performances within the company. The successes included recognising outstanding individual’s performances. CSR projects initiated by the company also were recognised at this ceremony. People’s Leasing Company remains dedicated to being the market leader in the leasing industry in Sri Lanka and as such recognising and rewarding its employees remains an integral part of its corporate agenda.
