People’s Bank opens its Colombo North/South Regional Loan Unit and SME centre

People’s Bank recently opened a Regional Loan Unit and a Small and Medium Enterprise Business Centre at their Colombo North/South Regional Head office at Duke Street, Colombo 1.

The facility was established to encourage SMEs and promote innovation and entrepreneurship via access to business, SME and other loans and affordable re-payment termes coupled with other consultative services. 

Loan unit will facilitate all commercial and large scale personal loans on a fast track basics to satisfy the diverse needs of customers. 

People’s Bank Chief Executive Officer/General Manager N. Vasantha Kumar attended the opening ceremony and handed over offer letters to couple of entrepreneurs at the event.
