NSB spreads wings to Deltota

Marking National Savings Bank’s (NSB) 121st extension, a new branch of the network was ceremonially opened recently, at No. 78, Bopitiya Road Deltota. Senior Minister for International Monetary Co- operation and Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Sarath Amunugama and Hewaheta Electorate member of Central Provincial Council and SLFP Chief Organiser Mahinda Abeykoon graced the occasion.

NSB Chairman Sunil S. Sirisena, Working Director Deshabandu Sumanadasa Abeygunawardana, NSB GM/CEO H.M. Hennayake Bandara, Deputy General Manager Anula Jayasinghe, Regional Manager Lal Karunathilake and J. M. Seneviratne together with the Higher Management of the Bank also attended the event together with many other invitees.

The spacious new branch, equipped with modern facilities including an ATM, geared to deliver a superior customer service to all its customers.

At the ceremony, initial deposits as well as the first deposit were handed over to the Amunugama,  by the customer M.G.P. Jayasinghe.

NSB, the only bank in the island with a 100% Government guarantee, is in the process of expanding its network further.
