New Company Secy. at HNB

HNB announced last week that Indrani Gunasekera (Deputy General Manager – Legal) has resigned from the post of the Company Secretary on 31st December 2011.

Thushari Ranaweera (Attorney-at-Law) and Assistant General Manager – Legal has been appointed as the Company Secretary.

To take up the new position, Ranaweera has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of HNB Assurance with effect from 4 January 2012.

HNB Assurance announced that Shiromi S. Halloluwa, Attorney-at-Law and Assistant Manager Legal (Operations) has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 5 January 2012.
