Listing deadline for finance companies unchanged

Central Bank said yesterday its deadline for Registered Finance Companies (RFC) to obtain a listing on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) is 30th June 2011.

“Already 15 companies have been listed and four more RFCs have received approval in principal from the CSE and their shares would be listed very soon. Applications of other RFCs are being reviewed by the CSE,” the Central Bank said.
