The relocated Kurunegala branch was ceremonially opened by SDB Chairperson Samadanie Kiriwandeniya
The Kurunegala Branch of the SANASA Development Bank (SDB) relocated to its new premises recently.
The SDB Kurunegala branch was shifted to 105, Colombo Road, Kurunegala with the objective of providing more efficient and friendly service to its customers with more sophisticated facilities.
SANASA Development Bank is a public quoted company with limited liability incorporated under the Companies act 17 of 1982 and re-registered under Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 and registered as a licensed specialised bank by Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Banking Act No. 30 of 1988, operates with a branch network of 88 branches all over the country. SDB branch has been able to provide the required financial strength to its customers as well as small and medium scale entrepreneurs in the area.
SDB Kurunegala has been able to introduce a variety of banking products and services with a vast coverage of customers, from new born babies to all categories of senior citizens. Those products and services comes under different brand names of Lakdaru Children’s Savings, Jawaya, Uththamavee, Upahara, Dashaka, SDB Aayojana, Swarnakirana, Ranmini Pawning Services, SDB Leasing, SME Plus, SDB Dayada, etc., introduced for the convenience of the bank’s customers.
Chinthaka Jayakody heads the Kurunegala branch which has been serving the area for almost four years.
The relocated Kurunegala branch was ceremonially opened with the participation of some prestigious invitees including SDB bank Chairperson Samadanie Kiriwandeniya, SDB bank Director B.R. Abewickrama Bandara, SDB bank Director H.M.G.B. Herath, SDB bank General Manager/CEO Nimal C. Hapuarachchi, and other distinguish guests from public and private sector.
