HDFC Colombo branch receives facelift

HDFC bank recently opened its newly-renovated Colombo branch office with a facelift in order to extend a wider coverage of dedicated service to its customers.

The renovated Colombo branch office of the HDFC bank, located at the ground floor of its Head Office at Sir Chiththampalm A Gadiner Mawatha in Colombo 2, also consists of ample space to offer a number of latest banking services and facilities to its customers.

HDFC Bank Chairperson Siromi Wickramasinghe, Chief Executive Officer Suresh Amarasekara and a number of officers and customers also participated at the opening of the renovated facility of the branch office.

HDFC bank has also achieved the ISO 9001-2000 certificate for its efficient and productive service towards customers. Recently it took steps to reach the doorstep of a large number of its customers who reside outside the suburbs, to facilitate their banking requirements in order to financially empower the masses.

The new service is extended via the palm top mobile computer banking service. The process has also benefited in diverting the flow of a large number of customers who are engaged in several informal banking practices.

These fruitful new procedures are also implemented through the Colombo branch of HDFC bank while facilitating the customers with rapid loan schemes for their various housing requirements and implemented upon their levels of income. Meanwhile, the bank has also introduced several depositing and savings policies with attractive interest rates and other benefits.

Branch Manager of the Colombo Branch of HDFC Bank  Lakshmi Gunathilake expressing views at the opening of the newly-renovated facility stated that that the bank was fully dedicated towards its objectives to offer its customers an efficient and a friendly service in all spheres of housing finance banking sector.
