HDFC has a history of over 27 years, as the affordable housing finance provider in the country. Over 75% of its credit facilities have been granted for financing the housing needs of people who’s access to finance is low especially from the traditional commercial banking sector.
Thus, the Bank has greatly contributed towards the social upliftment of rural and low income masses, serving to improve their quality of life by cascading the hope of permanent shelter through housing finance.
The new branch located at No. 127, K.K.S. Road, Jaffna will offer a range of services including housing loans and attractive savings and fixed deposit schemes to the people of the Northern Province.
