He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London. Premaratne is also a Past President of Sri Lanka Banks’ Association. Following the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Softlogic Finance PLC comprises A.K. Pathirage (Chairman), H. Premaratne (Deputy Chairman/Director), N.H.G. Wijekoon (Director/CEO), T.M.I.
