The Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI) has scheduled a one day seminar on ‘EPF and ETF’ to be conducted on 17 November from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at ‘Raja Bojun’ Seminar Hall at 4th Floor, Liberty Arcade (at Liberty Plaza Complex) No 282, R.A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 3.

The CNCI Secretariat says that many of the companies have common issues to be cleared on the subject of EPF and EPF. CNCI has observed that the private sector employees being members of the EPF and ETF are not fully aware of the additional benefits such as monetary grants at the sicknesses, awards for children of employees at their excellence displayed at examinations, online balance inquiries, loan abilities, reckonable income, eligibilities, latest amendments to the online systems, etc.

Similarly, this seminar is a good opportunity for those who are involved in payroll management, administration, human resource management and accounts. Training consists with the Q&A session, where the participants will have an ample opportunity to clear any doubts and seek clarification on issues concerned.

The seminar will be conducted by Obadage Leelarathna – Labour Commissioner, Special Investigations (EPF) and A.J.M.S. Jayasundara – Assistant General Manager, Enforcement (ETF), who have years of experience in the field and in training skills into their credits. Please contact 2339200 or 2452181 Chamber Secretariat for registration and further details.
