EAP Insurance Brokers signs MoU for JV with Risk Management Services Oman

EAP Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of EAP Holdings Ltd., has signed a MoU for a Joint Venture with Risk Management Services LLC, Oman.

EAP Holdings is a leading conglomerate in the country that engages in finance, gold trading, media, entertainment and the leisure sector and newly in the insurance sector.

Risk Management Services LLC is the largest insurance broker in Oman, jointly owned by Royal Oman Police Pensions Trust and Al Marjan Financial Services, which will provide technical know-how, procedures, reinsurance support and expertise to the company. It will invest 49% in share capital. It has a branch in Pakistan and is being formed in India, UAE and Kuwait.

EAP Holdings Managing Director Jeewaka Edirisinghe, EAP Insurance Managing Director Nalaka Edirisinghe and Assistant General Manager of Risk Management Services Krishna Murthi signed the MoU on Tuesday.
