Dunamis Capital to raise Rs. 246 m via Rights

The Board of Directors of Dunamis Capital Plc yesterday resolved to raise Rs. 246 million via a one for four rights issue.

It will be issuing 24.5994 million shares at Rs. 10 each. The current stated capital is Rs. 200 million consisting of approximately 98.397 million ordinary shares.

Funds raised will be used to retire debt thereby reduce gearing. The Rights Issue is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.
