DFCC Bank celebrated Customer Service Week for the first time this year, after transforming into a fully fledged commercialbank.The staff across the bank started off the week by signing a customer service pledge which stated that the value of customer service will be upheld at all times.
Further, the week was filled with various activities to educate staff on the importance of customer service as well as to appreciate both internal staff and external customers. A Customer Service Forum was also organised to conclude the week’s celebrations featuring two prominent guest speakers who are leaders in the field of customer service in the telecom and hospitality industries.
